认证的技术标准参见其上技术法规符合性认证系统中的所列出的*无线电设备的分类和技术标准。值得注意的是，这些技术标准与《无线电法规》（radio regulatory commission rules no. 18）的技术要求有差异时，以《无线电法规》为准。

(2)认证类型

telec认证包括：测试认证（test certification）和型式认证（type certification）。

测试认证是针对每一个设备单元进行验证，该认证只对每一个经过了验证的设备单元有效；

型式认证是指对同样设计和制造的一批设备的样品进行验证，该认证对该批设备都有效，但如果设备的设计或制造发生了改变，设备将需要重新认证

值得注意的是，对于非低功率无线电站及其终端设备的使用需要向mic申请执照。

此外，对于电信终端设备的符合性认证分两种情况：

a.对于普通电话装置，只要按电信事业法要求进行jate认证；

b.对于无线的终端设备，除了需要按电信事业法要求进行jate认证外，还需要按无线电法要求进行telec认证。

(3)质量证书的控制批准方法或者iso9001证书（letter of quality controlconfirmation methodormanufacturer’s iso 9001 certificate）

(4)结构保护批准证书（letterofconstruction protection confirmation）

(5)宣称的额定功率（rated powerdeclaration）

(6)天线报告（antennareport）

(7)测试报告（testreports(including test results, test setup photos and examinations carriedout)）

(8)(block diagram, schematicdiagram, bill ofmaterial, parts placement, ic data sheets, internal andexternal photos, productdeion, user manual, operational/technicaldeion, deion ofpheripherals/accessories)
